Lawsuit Update - Dynamic Marketing Solutions

Dynamic Marketing Solutions was the first company that we sued under the Kansas Law. They failed to appear for their trial on January 14, 2003 and we won by default.

The Court awarded us $1,000.00 plus court costs of $51.00.

This company Spammed us multiple times (more than 25 over a 3 month period) to a real POP3 address at iBizInitiatives.com from two domains - nationwidemortgage.org and optinamerica.net. The later it appeared was their 'corporate' website where they offered bulk email services (Spam blasting).

What is particularly amusing is on the date of the trial they Spammed us again but this time they added some opt-out instructions and a corporate address. Seems they must have gotten part of the message.

They seem to have run for cover as neither of the URLs they used to use are still active and we haven't received anymore mail from them.

However, we do have the judgment and will continue to work to track them down to collect!
